Watch Movies Online Free: Why Do People Love Watching Horror Films?
Decapitation, torture, disembowelment, fright… These are all things that no one wants to see or experience in real life, and yet people flock to watch movies online for free, or even paid—through streaming services like The Viewlorium or Netflix respectively—to see them. Psychologists have long struggled to learn the truth behind the mass appeal of horror movies like Poultrygeist, The Boneyard, and The Toxic Avenger. Why would someone who naturally seeks out peace and happiness want to watch the horrific scenes that these films are known for? A FilmmakerIQ.com article attempts to answer the question through a few interesting theories on people’s attraction to horror.

Why Pay for Movie Streaming When You Can Watch Free Movies Online?
Gone are the days when you had to dress up, drive to a cinema, fall in line to buy tickets, and sit in a crowd to watch a movie. The new norm when indulging in films is to do it at home (movie marathon in the living room, anyone?). You can even do it all day if you want, and it wouldn’t require any effort or cost you much. Watching movies in the comfort of your home is certainly an acceptable pastime and source of entertainment—and a lot of Australians are loving it. What makes video-on-demand so attractive to online users are the availability of numerous choices and the convenience it offers. For instance, the much-hyped Netflix is coming to Australia (estimated to launch on March 2015), and by subscribing to their services, you can stream movies using your computer or television. Its existing competitors like Stan and Viewster have similar offers available for your consumption.

Dead or Alive: Nothing to Lose
The Magnificent Dead takes place in the 1870’s in the small Texas town of Rosewood where local rancher Jared Hamilton and his men have declared war on the town, using fear and death to prevent a new railroad line from coming through. Guided by a priest, Father Julian the desperate town leaders decide to hire a group of six gunmen to help clean up the town. These gunmen are legendary, as they are afflicted with leprosy and fight with reckless abandon and ruthlessness, for they have nothing to lose.

Best Movies to Marathon
A movie marathon is a sure sign of devotion and dedication to the art of film making and movie watching. If you are looking for ways to show your love for film, plot, characters and lengthy experience, these movie installments are right for you.
Here are the best movies to marathon you have to do at least once:
5. The Dark Knight Trilogy – Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises
The theme of fear and chaos run through the trilogy. With everything linked together, Christopher Nolan paid close attention to the previous films when crafting a new entry.
4. The Lord of the Rings - The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, The Return of the King
You could also throw in The Hobbit and have a full on Middle Earth gorge with these movies.
3. The Star Wars Saga - Star Wars… Episode IV: A New Hope, Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
Going through all the Star Wars movies has been a favorite past time for fans since the original trilogy. Although there are remakes of the movies with improved CGI effects, you will have to wait for the complete installation.
2. Star Trek - Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Wrath of Khan, The Search for Spock, The Voyage Home, The Final Frontier, The Undiscovered Country, Generations, First Contact, Insurrection, Nemesis, Star Trek, Star Trek Into Darkness
What stands out in the series is the flow from the first six details, to the next generation and the reboot.
1. James Bond - Dr. No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, Diamonds are Forever, Live and Let Die, The Man with the Golden Gun, The Spy Who Loved Me, Moonraker, For Your Eyes Only, Octopussy, A View to a Kill, The Living Daylights, License To Kill, GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World is Not Enough, Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace, Skyfall
